Colin Forrest who has over 12 years experience as a Hearing Aid Audiologist is a director of the company.
Colin is also a Fellow of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists, one of only nine in Scotland and the only one in West Lothian. Colin worked for two of the largest hearing aid retailers in the UK - The Hidden Hearing group and The Amplivox / Sietech (Amplifon) group, before spotting an opportunity to provide an enhanced level of service together with more realistic prices.
Colin says "I am now able to provide a level of service which I never could when working for Hidden Hearing and Amplivox. This coupled with the fact that I can supply exactly the same hearing aids as I did at Hidden Hearing and Amplivox only at up to 50% less. In all cases this means savings of hundreds of pounds compared to what I used to charge whilst working for Hidden Hearing and Amplivox for exactly the same hearing aids. In some cases the savings will be even greater."
