 All hearing aids come with
a minimum 2 year manufacturers guarantee. We will endeavour to ensure
that all repairs are fixed promptly and free of charge during this period.
Extended guarantees of up to 5 years can
also be
supplied.
Once the guarantee period
expires we will keep assisting you
by providing free ongoing aftercare for the life of your hearing
aids. Subsequent hearing aid repairs will cost however, but will be
typically half the price of like-for-like repairs
as undertaken by national high street chains (some of whom charge up to
£200 per hearing aid, per major repair). Major hearing aid repairs
are typically £75 approx.
With the effective life span of hearing aids lasting
4-7 years, we believe our attentive ongoing aftercare adds important value to
our prices.
